Mathayom Private Chefs was created to accommodate the growing market of vacationers who wish to hire a private or personal chef while on St. John, US Virgin Islands.  While we specialize at In House Fine Dining with customized menus, we also can provision your Villa with Grocery items or a Welcome Platter prior to your arrival, deliver a ready to eat meal from our Drop-Off Gourmet menu, or cater the wedding of your dreams. We also can provide anything from a bottle of wine up to a full service bar to go with your meal or event.  We have access to some truly great wines at reasonable prices.

Our wait staff is experienced, professional, friendly, and courteous, so let us indulge you. Whether you intend to enjoy the privacy of your retreat or plan the extravaganza of a lifetime, our goal is to make your life more enjoyable during your stay.  Food, drink, and service can all be provided for you and your guests, leaving you time to enjoy our beaches, go scuba diving, take a sail boat or power boat out for a day charter, parasail, go kayaking, go hiking through the National Park, or simply lounge around the pool and work on your tan.

Gourmet Drop-Off - Fresh creations delivered warm to your villa.
Private Chefs - Custom menus for in-villa dining. We bring the restaurant to you.
Weddings and Event Catering - Formal, assisted, cocktail, or buffet options for St. John weddings and special functions. 
Villa Provisioning - Have your villa stocked with groceries, prepped grill fare, and wines when you arrive.
