I did the British Islands exursion where we left Red Hook early morning and at 8am. First stop was Virgin Gorda. The water here is so clear it can only be compared to your bathtub. You don't have to do the baths if you don't feel comfortable. I was worried about the rock climbing so I stood at the beach before you get to the baths. Breath taking!! Then it was off to the caves at Norman Island. Beautiful! There were hundreds of fish, including the friendly barracuda who has grown accustom to being fed boiled ham by the crew. Oh did I forget to mention they served rum punch and beer or soda and also lunch. I will never forget that day and can't wait to do it again in September!
